(CHATSWORTH, CA) — In the opening sequence of "The Bachelorette", director Axel Braun warns you: "Getting ready to watch another porn movie? You’ll be disappointed…". Words of wisdom from the multi-talented, world-renown Mr. Braun, as this feature is indeed different.
The story is simple: A conservative young woman (newcomer Rebecca Starr) finds herself caught in a whirlpool of sexual situations just the day before her long-awaited wedding. The first scene has her getting attacked (literally) in the kitchen of a fancy restaurant by a waitress. The fact that the waitress is porn superstar Carolyn Monroe is already a good enough guarantee of a super-hot lesbian encounter, but it’s Braun’s masterful camera work that takes the scene into a different league.
After devouring, slapping,dominating and making the poor naive girl squirt (yes, Squirt!), Carolyn slips her an invitation to a party at Dr. Susan Block’s Speakeasy Gallery. Confused, yet curious, Rebecca goes. The party scene, to the director’s credit, is magnificently orchestrated. Everything seems (and probably is) real, spontaneous, simply Hot! International super-stud Nacho Vidal here does what he does best: fucks like a beast. And Rebecca, thanks also to the interaction of famous sex-therapist Mrs. Block (in a de luxe cameo, playing herself), seems to enjoy the experience.
But it’s not Nacho’s huge manhood the lucky conqueror of her ass…the privilege is given to Nasty Timmy, in the third sex scene of the movie. Can anal sex be romantic and nasty at the same time? Axel Braun thinks so, and he quite proves his point. He also proves that the money his dad spent to put him through film school didn’t go to waste… just check out the car-crash sequence and you’ll know what I mean.
Rebecca Starr is, obviously, more confused than ever when she arrives at her own bachelorette party. Her two girlfriends, Allysin Chaynes and Dynamite, have a juicy surprise… a male stripper. But Rebecca is on the verge of an emotional breakdown and runs away, leaving poor John West to take care of the two kinky girls. Starr goes back to the Susan Block’s Gallery to find answers, instead she finds an empty space with a guy moving boxes around. "Where’s everything…I mean…Where’s Susan…you know. Dr.Block? Hello? Are you deaf?". Damn right, he is.
The scene is moving and totally believable. Halfway through it, the landlord shows up and freaks out. But that’s nothing for our leading lady, who replies simply with "I love your boots…", and proceeds to lick them clean. The threesome is the final sex scene of the flick, but not the end of the story. In a quirky twist, we’ll find out that Rebecca’s husband actually masterminded the whole thing to get out of the wedding…with a little help from Carolyn Monroe. So, what is the secret to Axel Braun’s recipe for a steamy, couple-oriented porn video? Well, start out with a solid script, add some great camera work, stir with some funky editing and hip music, mix in a dose of good acting, hot sex, and production value. When ready, sprinkle it with the director’s signature female ejaculation technique…you can’t go wrong.
