(SAN DIEGO, CA) — Veteran adult Director and owner of FrankiesAngels.com, Frank Bongiorno was informed this morning from iBill (the billing agent for about 50% of the adult sites on the web) that they suspended his billing due to pressure from the Attorney General of Michigan.

"iBill called this morning and said that I and 10 other Website are being targeted for promoting child pornography by Michigan Attorney General Jennifer Granholm. She threatened to take away their merchant license if they didn’t stop our billing, so they immediately suspended my site," said Bongiorno.

What Ever Happened To Innocent Until Proven Guilty?

Bongiorno fumed, "There is nothing at all illegal about my company and my site. I don’t even simulate underage girls. I comply 100% with sec. 2257 and all my records are in order. I’m innocent and I’m being punished before I’m ever tried. Where’s my due process? Do you think I’ll get reimbursed for the money I’m losing?"

"Why is my site considered child pornography and something like BarelyLegal.com not, is your guess as good as mine? She’s punishing innocent companies and she knows it. Personally, I think this is just a publicity stunt to get her name in the paper before elections in November," Bongiorno said.
