(HILLSBOROUGH, NC) — Kevin Younker of Hammond, Indiana, has been selected as the winner of Adam & Eve’s "Be On the set of a Vivid Shoot" contest. As his prize, Kevin and a guest will fly from Indiana to Los Angeles, California, for an in-person look at a how an adult movie is made.
"I am really excited," said Younker from his home in Indiana. "I never expected to win this contest but now that I have, I can’t wait to get out to California."
Younker was visiting Adam & Eve’s Website, AdamEve.com, searching for lingerie to purchase for his wife when he came across an advertisement for the contest and entered. A month later, Adam & Eve notified Younker that he was the winner and would be going to California to be on the set for a live taping of a XXX Vivid movie.
"Because of our status as a world leader in adult entertainment, we’re able to offer our customers opportunities that just aren’t possible elsewhere," said Adam & Eve e-commerce director Shea Tisdale. "I’m ecstatic that Mr. Younker will get this opportunity to visit our friends at Vivid and I am glad we were able to offer it to him."
Younker was chosen from among thousands of entries into the contest which ran from June 1 through June 30 on the Adam & Eve Website, AdamEve.com. The contest was also advertised elsewhere on the web in an effort to introduce people to AdamEve.com.
"Adam & Eve has always been a great company to work with," said Robbie Conley of VividDVD. "I am very pleased to be able to join with them to send one of their customers to Los Angeles to visit the set of a Vivid movie."
Younker was not the only winner. After he was selected as the grand prize winner, 50 other entries were selected for the second prize, a copy of Vivid’s Fade to Black on DVD. Those entries will be mailed, and the winners notified, later this month.
