The new web site provides information about the various events and services that are offered along with floor plans and sample contracts to review. Documents are available online for the use of Convention Center participants. Also included are location maps, directions, booking policies, technical information, technical contacts and all available services and services order forms. A schedule is on the site listing all upcoming events plus links to other local resources. Besides the new look and feel that WebStream has given the site, the Convention Center staff now has the ability to make remote updates to various parts of the site through a private portal, or Administrative User Interface (AUI).

By utilizing WebStream’s back-end access, SMG will save thousands of dollars by making changes to the web site as needed, without having to even speak to a web developer. When a staff member needs to make a change to a part of the site, they simply access the password-protected admin area, make the changes and submit. The changes are made on the fly. Any staff member can be easily trained to use a WebStream admin portal.
