Cancel Plus! [SM] is Epoch’s newest feature designed to help you keep your retention high. It’s easy to integrate, provides options to you and your customers, and gives you the ability to have control of the look and feel of your offers to canceling members.
Every website processing under a third party model is required to have a link to our 24/7 Billing Support website. BillingSupport.com is about to get a whole new look and design, but, still it helps your customers to get their membership information such as passwords and URL’s, to refresh passwords, to get answers to their questions, provide toll free numbers to a live person, and yes, to cancel their memberships. Last year we launched Membership Retention Program and our Trial Cancellation Renewal Offer (more about these features below). Today, we launch Cancel Plus! [SM] which allows you to submit your own templates to be used in the cancellation process and offer your members incentives to remain a subscriber.
Your templates, hosted by us, are based on your company code and transaction type. When a member attempts to cancel, you can offer different incentives for trial cancellations or recurring cancellations. You can also offer other websites within your program for free, or reduced subscription rates to continue their subscription.
This new feature is not an upsell or cross promotion tool. It is designed to help retain your members. Non-billing change methods, such as offering free memberships to other sites to remain a member, allow you complete control of your member once they choose to stay. We simply direct them to you from the billing support page once they’ve accepted your offer. Billing change methods of offering reduced subscription rates are affected immediately for trial cancellations, and on the normal recurring anniversary date for recurring cancellations.
It’s very easy to get with this program. You just send your images and text to us and we do the rest.
