(LOS ANGELES, CA) — in a statement issued today, John Chambliss, CEO of Simon Wolf Productions, Inc. announced that Evan Stone will be joining the organization.
“Evan’s role within our organization will be an all-encompassing one, in that he will be introduced to virtually every aspect of our rather complex, multi-layered operation, which includes production, DVD creation and Internet development. Additionally, he will work in Pegasus Programming to learn the integral relationship between the needs of television programming and VOD delivery, as they relate to production. It is our goal to have Evan ready to take over our entire operation within the next two years, thus freeing my partners and I up to explore the expansion of Simon Wolf into other areas of entertainment, including mainstream film production.”
Chambliss continued, “Evan will also write, produce and direct a full program slate for Simon Wolf Productions through his own production company, Evan Stone Productions, which we will release through the Simon Wolf Organization. And of course, he will now be performing and acting exclusively for Simon Wolf.”
Simon Wolf Production Chief, Robert Herrera, was equally enthusiastic with the new teaming. “Evan is the consummate professional in every aspect of production, and I look forward to all of the elements he brings to the table. I think it will prove especially interesting to work beside Evan on his own productions – providing him with our technical support, financial resources, post-production facilities and special effects capabilities. We envision this relationship to be a forerunner for other possible independent production and distribution relationships in the future.”
