(ATLANTA, GA) — All Former Gold Club Employees get Probation; Steven Kaplan to be Sentenced in December
Following years of investigation, millions of dollars spent by authorities, and months in an Atlanta courtroom, Jacklyn "Diva" Bush and seven lesser know defendants were sentenced Wednesday by federal Judge Willis Hunt in Atlanta.
All defendants were given probation, fines and community service.
The sentences are as follows:
1) Jacklyn Bush – former dancer, received three years probation, a $1000 fine and 40 hours of community service.
2) Larry Gleit – Former CFO of the Gold Club, two years probation, a $2,400 fine and 40 hours of community service.
3) Roy Cicola – former manager, two years probation, a $2,700 fine and 40 hours of community service.
4) Norbert Calder – former general manager, three years probation, a $3000 fine and 80 hours of community service.
5) Jimmy Carillo – former manager, two years probation, a 3000 fine and 80 hours of community service.
6) Greg Sage – former manager, three years probation, a $2000 fine and 80 hours of community service.
7) Russell Basile – former manager, three years probation, a $2000 fine and 40 hours of community service.
8) Patrick Doggrell – former manager, three years probation, a $2000 fine and 40 hours of community service.
