(ATLANTA, GA) — Although jurors appear to be tiring of the endless procession of former criminals turned witnesses by the prosecution it was revealed today that the prosecution team may not rest until August.

A few highlights of the past two days testimony include:

* New York attorney, Richard Herman although brought to the stand by the prosecution admitted the "serial liars" that have preceded him on the stand weaken the prosecutions case against Steven Kaplan and other defendants. * Former Scores manager Craig Carlino testified that the Gambino crime family extorted him with Steven Kaplan assisting. * Gangster Michael Sergio admitted receiving weekly "protection" payments from Scores to keep the mafia at bay. Sergio tied Steven Kaplan to the activity by saying that even though he hadn’t met Kaplan, he had heard Kaplan was assisting the mob in getting Scores to make the weekly payments.
