(ATLANTA, GA) — Things became a little more difficult for witness, Thomas "Ziggy" Sicignano when the defense took over the questioning in the Gold Club racketeering trial on Wednesday. However, before the defense took its turn in questioning, Sicignano added more names and stories to the laundry list he began with on Monday.

Dennis Rodman, mentioned earlier in testimony, was again brought to the forefront. Sicignano testified that Gold Club owner, Steven Kaplan, once arranged a get together with Gold Club dancer, Jacklyn "Diva" Bush and another girl. In testimony, Sicignano has referred to Bush as the "Michael Jordan of sex". Other names coming out of Sicignano’s remaining testimony included NBA players, Jerry Stackhouse of the Detroit Piston, and Antonio Davis of the Toronto Raptors. Both players have denied allegations.

The defense then took center stage with questioning of Sicignano. Sicignano was contentious with defense attorneys, and was reprimand numerous times for not answering questions by U.S. District Court Judge Willis Hunt. Sicignano did admit that Kaplan had in the past refunded up to $52,000 to Gold Club customers that had been overcharged. Sicignano explained that looking at credit card receipts to determine fraud would be almost impossible since high rollers would drop as much as $35,000 a night at the club.

Sicignano continues on the stand on Thursday answering defense questions.
