(LOS ANGELES, CA) — Michael Davis the 32 year old Publisher and CEO of Bold Entertainment Magazine has found himself in a clash once again. The City of Los Angeles has banned Bold Magazine from high school campuses.

The Los Angeles Unified School District has sent a memo out to all schools in the City of LA banning Bold Magazine from the School Grounds. The Los Angeles Unified School District also wrote the mayor of Los Angeles suggesting that Michael Davis be charge with selling adult material to minors. The City of Los Angeles District Attorney’s office will also be looking into the online version of Bold Magazine as well.

Bold Magazine’s attorney Jill Watson responded by saying:" Mr. Davis has broken no laws. Bold Magazine is a free entertainment publication and targets the 18-35 year old reader. Bold Magazine is a non-adult, non-pornographic magazine."

In 1975 The Los Angeles Unified School district banned skateboards too! The fact the kids are reading Bold Magazine sends a message to our society at large. That message being kids are growing up much faster now, and thanks to media awareness they can become responsible adults a lot sooner then we did. The ban on Bold Magazine in Los Angeles Schools will only make kids read it more."

Past issues of Bold Magazine are being sold on e-bay for $10.00 all over the World. Log on at www.ebay.com
