including the look test, the touch test, the smell test, the round test, the taste test, the gravity test, the hang test,
the poke test, the smoosh test and the suck test.
The jury¹s decision was unanimous in favor of authenticity and Judge Gene Ross agreed stating, “if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, they must be real.”
