Charlie Sheen’s latest legal debacle is history.

The two adult movie actresses who sued Hollywood star Charlie Sheen, claiming they were assaulted by his bodyguard Zippy and threatened with their lives, settled their lawsuit last week, a Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman said.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

Back in July, Charlisse L’Amour and Teri Star (Erin Sieman and Christina Lee Stramaglia) sued the 34-year-old star of Wall Street and Platoon, seeking unspecified damages for battery, negligence and infliction of emotional distress.

In their lawsuit, Sieman and Stramaglia claimed they were “intimate friends” of Sheen who were invited to his home in the posh seaside enclave of Malibu last July 26, only to find no one answering the gate when they arrived.

So the intrepid porn starlets scaled the gates (as Sieman said she had done in the past, according to court papers) only to find Sheen’s hired muscle, Curtis “Zippy” Hunt, waiting at the door. Hunt allegedly punched Sieman in the nose and broke her jaw. When Stramaglia tried to intervene, Curtis lifted her by the hair, threw her down and repeatedly kicked her. Somehow the actresses were able to outmaneuver Zippy and scamper back over the gate.

The women scrambled into the taxi that had taken them to Sheen’s, when Zippy went purportedly after the cab driver, Surjit Lal, the third plaintiff in the lawsuit.

After being punched, the cabby drove to a police station, where the two ladies said they decided not to press charges out of loyalty to their friend.

According to the suit, the women changed their mind when Curtis called Sieman the next day (supposedly at Sheen’s instructions) and threatened to kill the women if they reported his brutish behavior. They also claim that Sheen had been home the entire time of the incident.

For his part, Sheen filed a restraining order against the ladies apparently to keep them away from him and Zippy. With the suit now settled, the actor, on probation for a battery conviction against his former girlfriend, is unlikely to face any additional charges.

Of course, Sheen has vowed that he’s reformed his bad-boy ways of yore.
