(MONTPELIER, VT) — Governor Howard Dean and state Attorney General William Sorrell say they will introduce legislation, aimed at making it easier to find and prosecute illegal activities on the Internet.
The proposal is aimed at closing loopholes in current laws. The legislation would specifically target people who use the Internet for harassment, threats, child pornography, gambling, false advertising and hate crimes.
