(ROCKVILLE, MD) — Adult-oriented businesses could soon be coming to an area near you.
That’s if you live in Montgomery County. A change in the law could allow those types of businesses and clubs offering nude dancing. But they must be 600-feet from schools, churches, day care centers and residential areas.
Prince George’s and Howard counties tried to restrict X-rated businesses but the court struck down their regulations as violations of the First Amendment.
