(ANNAPOLIS, MD) — A 13-year-old boy and his eleven-year-old girlfriend have both been charged with assault… all because of a “hickey”.
The girl’s mother called police after spotting it on her neck. Both parents decided to have the kids charged with assault since they’re underage.
