(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) — The sheriff and prosecutor in Marion County are asking the Indianapolis City County Council to ban private clubs that feature sex acts between members.
Two such clubs have been closed in the county for violating zoning and health laws… but there are no current laws that ban the “live sex” clubs. Officials say laws against prostitution and public indecency don’t apply to the clubs… since no one pays for the sex acts and the activities aren’t done in public.
